Fall 5% Challenge Day 40

I am still tired. I didn't sleep well last night. I slept in this morning. Forgot my lunch. Didn't eat breakfast until I got to school. Spent my lunch hour buying my lunch and didn't get to eat it. It's a good thing that I wound up having 4 prep periods due to field trips etc. I did manage to do some productive work during this time but veeery slowly. My brain was just not engaging too quickly today.

I walked and danced some today. I plan to run later tonight. Then I am going to go to bed and read until I fall asleep. My guesstimation is within 10 minutes of becoming horizontal!

I've been pretty good with my food intake this week. I hope my week of poor sleep doesn't affect my weigh in!
