I honestly was worried about my weigh in today. I am on my period (or should I say time of the month or woman issue not sure) and had some off days with my eating. I did choose to increase to 40 mins on my elliptical last night and rocked it going 3 miles and burned 300 calories. Also after that I did some strength training that felt great. I am planning on adding 3 strength training a week along with increasing my Cardio.
Wait I almost forgot to get to the point. I stepped on the scale and it said 191.2 which is a loss of 2 lbs. I am very happy because I am staying consistent. Not only that but if I continue to eat right and increase my activity and add strength training I believe I might see more change in the future. In the past 5 years I have not had this much success that I can attribute to a specific change that I am making.
I am also finding myself spreading the spark. I already have 2 friends that I think are going to sign up for Spark. I never told them to do that but I did rave about how happy I am about the website and everything I am doing. SO YEAH!
