Today has been a let down :-(

It wasn't a Midnight Train in Georgia but a dreary day in NJ. Today my Zune failed to synch so I had little music ready for the gym today. After work I stopped at Starbucks for a quad with soy and two pumps sugar free hazelnut. While drinking it I felt a little off so I went to the bathroom. I felt like I might have to puke but it went away.

Now the *$ I went to is less than a mile from my gym. I thought about skipping it because of the rain and I was tired (waah waah) but I bought the protein plate to have something after my workout then drove to the gym. Once there I fought with myself for about 20 minutes before going in. (It's raining you are going to get wet) {I'm here I might as well go] (Listen to few more sings on the radio) [ If I don't go in I'm going to get in the habit of going to the parking lot again waiting then going home. I MUST GO IN]

So in I went. It was pretty dead there because of how late it was. I changed and went to my favorite treadmill. I put on my headphones and ran the program from yesterday. 25 minutes, (30 min w/ cool down) 2.5 MPH heart rate goal 130.

Today it just felt odder. I didn't have the pain in my shoulders that I did yesterday, my leg started aching later than the day before, I wasn't sweating as much or as soon as the day before. I could sing while walking (no one was around me for 4 treadmills)

When the half hour was up I went to change. While changing I realized I was no longer tired and I was glad I went. I also realized that tomorrow I have to set a faster speed.

So now I'm about to sync the Zune, drink some water and shower.

Tomorrow is another day for the gym then I will take Sat & Sunday off and when I come back Monday I'm going to incorporate some machines.

I also let myself down because according to my BodyMedia FIT I only took 4296 steps and I will be short of my goal of 5000 :-(
