Oy, Day Four!

Today was not as productive as I would have like. That said, I was still good overall. Ate pie, not good, ate well dining out for lunch, though I couldn't properly enter in the food I ate (homemade- and tiny, chicken pot pie). I had to nap again today, which is really bothering me. Especially as I haven't been sleeping well the past few nights. Should I start taking my antidepressants? It gets dark out so early now, and even after daylight savings on Sunday, will it get better? I'm not so sure.

Food was okay after entering it in the tracker (though that pot pie thing is REALLY going to bother me). I made up for the pie by eating a smaller, very specific dinner to make up for the calories and fat. It took awhile, but I got out and ran. Definitely will need a good soak tonight! Stretch out the calves, and my butt is sore. And not the 'I've sat on it too long' sore, but the 'I worked that out!' sore, lol. Tomorrow will be a non-running day, but I don't know if I'll play on the Wii or what just yet. Running will be Saturday or Sunday depending on my schedule. Junior League fun Sunday night. Helping my committee chair go through houses for the home tour in a couple weeks ^_^ Yes please! Nothing like ogling the uber comfortable diggs of Bexley-ites!

I got tired of the fitness tracker yelling at me about working out too much, and since I'm doing cardio everyday, I updated the tracker. I get to eat a bit more, which is cool, not that I need the extra carbs and calories but my minimum is a good bit higher now. Yay more bread, lol.

Not looking forward to tomorrow. I'm working this miserable seminar as a volunteer, and the director wouldn't even let me come in later. I have to be to Westerville at 8AM! And it goes until 5:30 and the awful guy wouldn't work with my schedule at all. People I want to see are there in the PM, and like I want to get up before Nick to go and help these people. Way to piss of the help, buddy. I so am not helping him out with other stuff now. Because I was under-motivated today, and have to be there ALL day tomorrow, I'll probably have to go to Forty Plus during the weekend to get all my stuff done for Monday :P

Ooh, so sore, think it's about time for my bath. And to get ready for tomorrow, ugh. Thanks for reading! emoticon

    It's such a good thing to find out that you're in need of more food because eating the correct amount makes you more successful in losing weight, even when it means eating more! Such a common misconception. I'm jealous of your bath...

    Thanks for clarifying how you felt about the positivity. While I'm reading your projects and sincerely believe in you and that things will work out, I'm also willing to listen/read your vents too because it -is- a scary, anxiety-inducing, stressful precarious situation. It sucks. I just think that you're handling it really gracefully and I'm just proud of you for being so classy.

    Ohhhh I love that sore because I worked out feeling!!!! And I'm so jealous you got a bath in yesterday. I was going to go for a run yesterday, but it was cold and rainy and I whimped out... now I'm kicking myself, because a nice, hot bath after a cold rainy run sounds AMAZING!!!!
