E Exercise kindness toward others

5 points for each day you do some strenght training which includes weights

5 points for each day you incorporate 5 fruits/vegies into your program

5 points for every 20 minutes you do anything thats movement (walking, jogging, eliptical, stairs...)

5 points per day. What have you done to help someone else in your life. whether it be here on spark people or in your daily life surrounding you.
