There have been a couple of days where it has been difficult to meet my carb goal for the day. I thought this was odd since I am a carb freak. I don't like getting to the end of the night and feeling full but feeling like I need to eat another carb to meet my goal. So, what is the protocol for that. If I feel full can I stop and just be under that goal? Not quite sure which is better. I figure that if I don't eat it I might wake up not feeling good.
It is getting closer to my weigh in. I like watching the biggest loser and they always do a last chance work out. I am thinking about taking on that perspective. Doing 45 mins cardio and I got my weights out last night. Hope I have a successful weigh in tomorrow.
