Oh hello migraine, I have NOT missed you.

So lately I've been getting horrible migraines lately. Its really no surprise because I can go weeks without getting any and then all of a sudden I get them at least once a day. Well, lately for about the past 2 weeks my migraines have been getting worse. Instead of getting one a day which is my "norm," I'm getting like 3-4 a day. They last several hours and are much more severe. I've been to the doctor in the past and while most people experience headaches I suffer from chronic migraines. Normally my migraines are brought on by stress but I honestly haven't been feeling too stressed out lately.

I'm eating healthy and exercising. Okay, maybe I'm not exercising as much as I should but I'm still doing it at least 3 times a week. On days I don't exercise you'll find that I do a lot of relaxing stretches. The migraines are getting pretty unbearable, I don't even want to leave the house.

Anyone have any ideas on how I could get rid of my migraines faster or help prevent them? I really don't know what could be causing them this time. I'm truly at a loss, a very painful loss.
