A Better Day

Started the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge. It was really invigorating along with my walks with Lucy. I've been adding lots of music to my exercise as well and a healthy dose of metal seems to get me moving better then anything I've ever tried before. In other news I'm meeting with one of my therapists about going off of my depression treatment. I really feel that it's important for me to do this on my own and now I have the tools to do it as well. I don't want to spend the rest of my life on the drugs or bemoaning myself to a therapists. Part of the plan is to do Nanowrimo and really vent out everything there in a fictional setting of course. If there are any other Wrimo's reading this please send me a link to your novel.
