Fall 5% Challenge Day 38

I had another busy day today. Two 40 minute walks, 40 minutes of dancing and 1 ringette game. I'm starting to wonder how I got fat in the first place!

I'm really enjoying hanging out with my team again. We never play before 9:00 pm so it's taking a while to adjust to the late nights. It's 11:00 pm right now and we just got home and I'm too wired to go to sleep. I think I'll take a hot bath that usually does it.

I ate pretty well today. I had lots of veggies. So hopefully come weigh in I'll be down. I'm afraid my body might decide to hang on t all the fat it can because I'm exercising so much this week. I guess I'll find out soon enough.

Well it's Thursday now so I guess I'd better get offline and get in the tub.

    Great work - very inspiring how much you are exercising!

    I also find adjusting to the late nights to be an issue. I tend to workout at 9 pm after my girls are in bed, but that pushes everything later. I'm just whipped after five 11 or 12:00 bedtimes. Thankfully, if I can keep up through the fatigue, I know that the exericse actually gives me energy. But it's tough!
