Wednesday's Blog a little late

Oh my! I am beat. Today I woke at 4 to go to the Gym before work. I didn't get out of the house until 7 and only had 15 minutes at the Gym to work out before I had to shower and go to work so I stuck with my treadmills. I'm up to 2.5 MPH.

I stopped at 7-11 on the way to work for fruit/protein like I normally find at WaWa bought the garbage they had which turned out to be tried out. Blech but I still at it.

For lunch I went to Wendy's and got the pick two thing, I took HG's advice and went with the chicken salad and a small chili. I was full after the salad so I had the chili a few hours later.

Then I went back to the Gym for 30 minutes on the mill again at 2.5 MPH then a long shower and I was off. I stopped at WaWa for their fruot & cheese plate and 2 meat balls. After having my protein and some sugar I was good to go and went to the supermarket.

I only picked up 8 things but I was there almost an hour. Then I came home threw the chicken breasts I bought onto the Forman, Dice the cheese and portioned it into bags and bold water for my pasta

My mother was nice enough to leave me a plate from dinner but I couldn't eat the whole thing so I had part of the flank steak and all the cauliflower.

I'll throw the rest of the steak and some chicken in a container and take it with the pasta for lunch.
