Goals for 11-4-10
1. Track all food.
2. NO chocolate/candy/cookies.
3. 5 servings fruits/veggies
4. 45 minutes cardio/30 minutes legs ST: Got the 30 minutes in but had a change of plans and got to babysit my nephew instead of the cardio. :)
Again, I'll check in at the end of the day tomorrow (probably during my weekly "Grey's" indulgence) to see how I did.
And another HAHA! :)
Having lost weight over the past few years, a lady was discarding things from her wardrobe that no longer fit.
Her seven-year-old niece was watching as she held up a huge pair of slacks.
"Wow," the lady said, "I must have worn these when I was 215."
Her niece looked puzzled, then asked, "How old are you now?"
