Weather Moods

I love living in the South because of the mild winters. I say this is my Filipino blood that loves tropical weather.
I notice that rainy days and cold days really take a toll on my mood and overall well being. The past two days we've had rain. The temps are slightly lower and we're expecting a cold front. I just feel down. But I have nothing to feel down about. Normal life obstacles that cause stress are fairly low. I get the winter blues and that's when I really become sedentary.
The rain and cold seriously affect my joints. I try to stay active because being sedentary makes it worse than to exercise through the pain.
Guess I need to head further south for the winter emoticon

The good thing about Mississippi weather is that if you don't like it, it will be different tomorrow! emoticon

Stay warm this year. I couldn't handle the Iowa winter.
My Mom is already telling me she is too cold. It's 60 degrees here today.

I think all of us filipinos would like to head south in the fall/winter. Wish I could lol I used to get so depressed in the Iowa winters. I'm not as depressed now, but I still wish I could be in the warm sunshine for those 3/4 months.

Yea, exercising helps keep me warm, and I do get the calorie burn that I want....kill two birds with one stone :)
