Eating Good Feeling Good

If you have been reading my blog you would know the past couple of days have been very stressful and emotionally draining. Throughout those days I was not able to exercise but I did continue to eat well. I am recognizing that I am feeling much better today. I know this is because of what I am eating and how much I am eating. I am going to get my allergy shot today and that should help also. I am definitely planning on working out today.

I am also trying another healthy recipe tonight. I do not have my 9 by 13 pan because I brought food over to a friend. But I think I will just divide the recipe between two pie pans. I have planned all healthy meals from now until Sunday. I have enjoyed looking for a wide variety of healthy meals that are not that complicated.

I am hoping that if I get in a great work out today and tomorrow that I will not have a gain on Friday. It would even be awesome if I lost but I doubt it because of all the stress I have been under.
