Been a few days...

The last couple of days have been ehhhh? blah for me. I have worked out and I have tracked my food, but it just seems monotonous. So this morning when I went to the gym I decided to add in some new things, it got me excited again. :) Thank goodness. I work out at 5:30 am daily...I know I know some people think I am nuts, but really I like it. It wakes me up for the day and gives me energy to make it through the day. I hope everyone is having a blessed week and continues their working out and eating well...happy sparking :)

    I love morning workouts too and also found that it was the solution to energy all day long! Glad you are finding the same benefits! I am really so impressed with how terrific you are doing!

    I get up at I like it ---heck no....but I love the feeling it gives me to work out at that time. :)

    I really wish I could start getting up in the morning to work out. I probably need to start going to bed earlier to see if I can do it. So far I only give my 20 mins or so in the morning to get ready.
