Well my mother decided that she was going to make a really yummy creamy delicious apple bread thing that really wasn't that high in calories....if you only eat a little bit of it. Well I stuffed my face and then some. I also ate over 700 calories in chocolate chips.
SO, today is a new day and I get to start over again! With the Lords help I can do this! I'm going to go read my Bible now and then take a walk!

I did the same thing Monday I ate like I was never going to eat again. And I beat myself up about it. Then I realize I can always start over and thats what i did and i have been doing great and you can do the same... 3815 days ago

Yesterday must have been THE day because didn't do good either. I went over my goal by 500 calories. Did you know that Bojangles steak bisquits has 650 calories?? Just 1 bisquit !! I ate half of my daughters after my supper, I will not make that mistake again ! So today, I start again. However just like Jen1brandt said....at least it wasnt as bad as my normal eating pattern was. So I will take the good with the bad and today is a different day. "This too shall Pass". 3816 days ago

I feel ya! Don't be discouraged though, I had a binge day too: Pizza for lunch AND dinner, plus breadsticks! OOPS! BUT, today I brought my healthy lunch, and I'll have already met my weekly cardio goal tonight, so a little extra work this week is in the schedule! What I did notice yesterday though, is that I didn't WAY OVEREAT like I used to! 2 slices and half breadstick at lunch, 2 small slices, 1 cheesy breadstick and 2 breadsticks at dinner. Used to munch on leftovers all evening, but now I don't! GOOD LUCK!!
