Soooo, I've been away for almost a year! How horrible is that? I'm back now! Currently, I'm doing the cleanse from blessedherbs.com. After completing t his cleanse, I plan to change my eating habits.
I recently learned that having PCOS, I should eat a diet consistent with that of a diabetic to lose weight and to decrease PCOS symptoms. The doctors always five you birth control for these symptoms, but I recently had a horrible reaction to them. I need to find a way to do it naturally. This starts with changing my diet. The plan is switch to whole wheat grain, cut out sugar, and get my 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables in on a daily basis. That doesn't SOUND too hard.
