Day two of the rest of my life.

Today I woke up at 4:30 in the morning because I wanted to to to the Gym before work. Instead I went back to bed. I woke up around 9 took a shower ate a banana and went to work.

On the way there I stopped at WaWa for breakfast and "snacks"

I picked up their small vegetable tray and their fruit & cheese tray and went to work.

Soon as I settled down I had the vegetable tray. This was around 11. At 12:30 I was hungry so I had a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel (hey a raisin is a fruit and I didn't use butter or cream cheese)

After work I went to Target and on the way ate my fruit & cheese plate winch was some apples, some grapes, some cheddar cheese and a small piece of some bread/cake.

After not getting what I needed at Target I WENT TO THE GYM!!!!! Yes for two days in a row I went to the gym. I did 30 min on the treadmill then left, ate a Special K bar and went for a haircut then home for dinner.

According to my calorie tracker on another site I've eaten 1694 calories and burnt 3784.
