Feeling good, even if the numbers don't say so

I ate healthy to start out, but my dinner was far from healthy. I'm not getting down on myself tho, because I still feel good. I know that not giving into my cravings sometimes will make me feel deprived and I'll fall off the wagon. Right now I'm more concerned with exercising again. I did 10 min with my weighted hula hoop and then some strength exercises. I've got the sore muscles to remind myself I'm working hard. :D
