My first blog entry for the first day of the rest of my life :-)

My neative outcomes for the day
1) I did not weigh my breakfast
2) I did not weigh my lunch
3) I did not sleep with my CPAP on

My positive outcomes for today

1) I did not touch the olive bread that was brought into work
2) I did not touch any of the candy that was brought into work
3) After work I went to the Gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill
4) I did not stop on the way home for food
5) I weighed my dinner before eating it

5 positives to 3 Negatives = a WIN! in my book.

More posts tomorrow I promise :-)
