New Month: November

I am starting the month at 157.2. Down 7-8 pounds in the past 5 weeks. While I am proud of that - I really want to see continued improvement in the fitness department. Live healthier, and the weight loss will follow. That is my theory. I will continue running 3x per week, and prepare for a 2 mile run in December.
I started a fitness boot camp this morning. It went well, and I can't wait to see how I progress over the next few weeks. Today's session was just an introduction & assessment to see where we are starting. I expect to be challenged, and will do my best!
