Still working on the "Sit down gal" thing.

I´ve a very bad habit: When i put my food on the plate in the kitchen I'm munching on the way to the dining room.
To be honst i´m munching soo much that my plates half empty till i sit down!!
That's a habit i have to break !

Day 5 goes together with the "sit down thing". Once I'm sitting i put on nice roomlight, light some candles and have my meal. even bought some lovely new seviettes. Sitting down i eat slowly and conscious.
When finished i put my plate and my accessories back to kitchen.
That's important for me to:
Have a beginning and an end for each meal. Set a real remarkable point for it. emoticon

Gladly i have no problems with day 6. I found you - isnt it? emoticon

Concerning day 7 i don´t have a real problem too. I did the changes in my kitchen a few weeks ago, when i noticed that there was a BIG milka gone in one day. It was lying on the kitchen table, and each time i went to kitchen i had a small piece.
Lots of small pieces made a pound-pack till the day was over!

But i´ve added a new goal: i need a new fridge. But it has to wait a bit. Maybe till the end of the month i´ll have the money. But i make it a priority.

So far i´ve lost 4 lbs. Well done Khelia!
