My life more specific my family is making life very stressful. I want to know that even in a stressful time I can manage what I eat and get in some exercise. I already have been having many headaches. This is a sign that I am very anxious. My husband is doing a good job of trying to be supportive. It is hard for him to understand but I need to remember to give him a break also. ahhhhhhhh so tired sick and tired.
