When my Corgi had his on after he got "tutored" ;-) He would trip on it & do a face plant-I couldn't help but laugh.

Poor baby, Yeah you can SEE the humiliation. But in the long run it will be better for him.
Mine have had to have thier HALO a few times mostly because contrary to the belief "curiosity doesn't kill ONLY the cat" Mine like to stick thier noses, paws, behinds.....where they don't belong.
Hope your ANGEL is healed up!

Awww, poor thing.
Our chocolate lab had to have this 'lamp shade' as we called it; a couple different times. This first time she was less than a year old & it was kinda comical when she ran into things but she did eventually learn. The second time she was 5 and she would go tearing through bushes & everything with it on. It got so we had to take it off when we let her outside to run around otherwise she would have had it completely ruined before she was ready to quit licking her stitches.
Good luck & I hope recovery is speedy so the 'lamp shade' can come off soon!

The look on her face says she doesn't like her Halloween costume. Poor thing. Hoping for a speedy recovery for sure.

When my MacPhee was neutered we couldn't find a cone to fit him, so I bought a pair of size 2 baby's swim pants (the kind that go over a cloth diper). Made a hole for his tail and he was styling. He didn't mind the pants at all. And he wasn't able to scratch or nip his insicion.
Hope your dog feels better soon.

This was on Monday. She is a lot better now, the swelling has gone down. Will have the tube taken out next week. She is really frustrated with the cone, especially going through doorways.
