So this week has not been all that great health-wise. I haven't been drinking my water, I haven't been getting my 8 hours of sleep and I haven't worked out as much as I would have liked. And because of that, it's now the end of the week and I feel....eh. Not good, not great, but not all that bad. But I know feeling this way is leading to me going back down that road of not working out and eating whatever I want. Not gonna let that happen. I feel good when I work out and eat well. So tomorrow, first thing, I'm going for a run in the morning. This will get me back on track. Logging onto spark is helping me keep a clear head and realize where I need to be.
