Re-vamp--still in progress

So I recently set out an exercise plan that I did not stick to.
I think I have figured out a few things.
One of which is I have allowed myself to be overwhelmed with Spark.
I also read in the Spark book a nice little phrase in one of the success stories "I approached my weight loss like a job--it just had to be done so I got up and went to work" (something to that effect.)
That being said, going into week two of my revamp:
Continue with the exercise plan.
If I can not walk because of the weather, replace it with an extra exercise video or some Wii dance, or other fun activity
I have removed my self from many of the group challenges--I am just not ready to have so many obligations--I need to focus on myself first and make my changes habit before adding more.
I also changed my fast break goals to be more suited to me, and not just the pre-populated goals.
I have also decided that for every day I keep my spark streaks going, I will give myself a dollar to go towards my handbag reward I plan on winning 1/2/2011 when I meet my weight loss goal!
So like I said--re-vamp in progress--The new me is on her way!
