    Just keep pushing your self to work out, you may not see, but you are looking thinner.
    On the subject of works outs I try to high/low days, that means hour plus one day / then then the next day no more than 30 min. (Caro), then some strength excises. If I can find it SP has great strength routine that seem to really good for toning.
