As I stepped on to the scale, I thought what if I don't lose anything. My answer was it is worth it because I am feeling so good. Then my scale showed 193.2. Darn that .2! I was very pleased. If I lose 2 lbs next week I am super close to the 180s. I will be very happy to be out of the 190s.
Yesterday was completely thrown off kilter with a schedule change. I had to stay in town by work to be at school for the volley ball game. I was shopping for a few things and my blood sugar was definitely low. My head was killing me and I was very irritable. I drove to Chick Fillet and got a Chargrilled Chicken wrap which was very yummy and full of veggies. When I returned home we had been invited out to dinner at a mexican restaurant. I hadn't quite eaten enough for dinner yet. I ordered two Chicken Tostadas and had them put the sour cream and cheese on the side. Great choice because put only used like 1/16 on what was on the plate that was piled high with sour cream and cheese. I did give in to a little queso. I only went over 40cals for my nutrition. I was happy with that. I guess I could have skipped the second tostada. I was feeling full halfway through the second one. I just need to learn to listen to my body. Now that I am eating the right amount it really lets me know when I have had enough, Also I didn't get my work out in because I had to work late eat dinner and them had a meeting with some ladies that I very much enjoyed.
So this blog looks really wordy. Sorry. Good news I called and found out I will have a computer access this weekend and should be able to track my food. Don't know it I will be able to blog. So good luck to everyone this weekend.
