Feeling much better today!

I had this morning off, so I exercised a lot today and I really feel better.

My mom said I was probably stressed and the exercise helped me get out of the funk I was in. Now I just have to keep it up and focus on the positive!

    Good for you! I have found when stressed or anxious or even tired jumping on the treadmill or weather permitting take a brisk walk out side helps eliminates the stress etc. It doesn't hurt the weight loss either. Have a good and healthy weekend. emoticon
