Looking forward to November

Can't believe October is pretty much history. 28 days ago I was running for just a couple of minutes at a time. Tonight is to be my 3rd time running 2 miles in 25 minutes... So on Saturday, if all goes well, I intend to add 1-2 minutes. Then repeat, running 3x a week & adding 1-2 minutes per week.

I start a fitness boot camp next week... Mon-Fri for 3 weeks, I'll be up @ 4:30 and workout from 5:30-6:30 then shower and off to work. It is a personal priority to still get in 3 runs a week. Saturday will be easy enough, and I should be able to do Mon & Wed after I get home from work. Looking forward to the boot camp, but a little nervous also. I know I can do it though!
