Well, my squats are certainly improving. I never used to go down far enough and had a bad habit of falling forward onto my toes. So the past few weeks I have been really concentrating on my form and making sure I do them properly. In order to do this the guys suggested that I used one of the small boards to raise my heels slightly so I can get used to the movement. Absolute genius!
Last night was the first time that it really started to click and I even did some without the board and these were much better. I need to keep my heels down and have been slightly lifting my toes to help and also to keep my focus on a point at eye level when I am standing so that my back remains straight. I managed to do quite a few so am really pleased with how it is going and so gotta keep going and pushing for improvement.
