4 Days in a Row

I have stayed in my nutritional guidelines 4 days in a row. It would have been 5 but Friday I didn't get enough carbs for some reason. Yesterday I had to work super hard to get my work out in. Got home jumped on eliptical 20 mins. Heated left overs ate, jumped in shower to rinse off and then out the door. I was proud of myself for making the effort. I did think in my head I am going to be late, but then I thought this is more important that being on time.

I am not going to be at home much this weekend and worried about not being able to track my food. I have created some great habits and hopefully that will take me through the weekend.

    :) I am so proud of you for making the right nutrition decisions! Good job. I think you will do fine on the weekend. I too am not going to be around a computer to log my food on Saturday...but I think I will do okay and will log it on Sunday for Saturday :) Just remember we all make mistakes, just pick ourselves up and dust off and get back on the wagon!
