Week #7 Weekend Challenge: Marathon Miles

CONCERNING THE SEX CHALLENGE THE POINTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
S continue strength training 3 times per week - 5 pts for each day
E expectations, write them down, tack them up on your fridge
X X-ercise - get those minutes in this weekend for the Marathon Friday morning thru Mon night. then contine counting your minutes thru wed evening (no points just counting minutes) don't forget to give your body a rest. Mine is resting today and tomorrow I start again.

Expectations: Had a bad weekend with both food and working out. Mon-Wed will be better!
