Called in sick to one job today and spent over an hour on Walk It Out and over an hour and a half on Wii Fit. The exercise really helped - both mentally and physically. It's still very windy, but without the rain - and the sun is shining! Sunshine usually helps bring up a down mood.

I slept good last night - but I'm still tired. Tomorrow I only have to work one job - normal Thursday schedule - so I will try to sleep in a little again.

I think I'm doing better and I really have to learn to stop beating myself up for everything.

    Don't ya just hate this wind we are getting? Will it ever end? They told us it would stop by 7pm. Well, it's now 8:50pm and guess what? Yup! Still blowin!

    Yes, it seems we are always our own worst enemies. Glad you're continuing to take care of YOU and exercise IS one of the best medicines out there. Congrats on making goal!!!
