A Three-week Workout Streak

I have so far been able to exercise at lest 10 minutes a day for 3 weeks!

Some changes are happening:
- I have more energy during the day.
- I am handling stress better at work (and the stress level has increased lately).
- I have lost over 8 pounds.
- My blood pressure is coming down.

After the first week, my weight stayed the same for about a week. Then it started dropping again.

All of these affects make me want to keep exercising. I am looking forward to the 10-pound milestone, which should be coming soon!

    emoticon Slow and steady is the best way to lose weight.

    It has taken me 5 1/2 months to lose 21lbs. I still have 24lbs to go. So I am guessing another 7-8 months. However, I almost never hungry, I rarely crave anything and I have so much more energy. And I need a lot of energy being a mom of a 5 & 7 year old in her forties.
