New goals for the next 12 weeks

I recently read a book about goal setting, and the psychology behind those who succeed, and those who don't. I have been striving to implement the strategies I learned from this book. One of the suggested strategies was to write out your goal as if it has already been achieved. Interestingly, this sets the mind up to succeed. So, here goes my own personal experiment to see if this type of goal setting will work for me.
It is January 14, 2011. I am 18% body fat! I weigh 151 pounds or less. I feel beautiful! I can run 5 miles without stopping! I am eating healthy, and love how great I feel. I have worked really hard for the past 12 weeks. The way I have reached this goal is by working out everyday (except Sunday), getting plenty of rest, and keeping my calories within a few hundred of my BMR ( 1530 calories). I did it!
Those are my goals. I will read this daily, to help keep myself focused. In a way, I have made a promise to myself, so if I don't do what I have set out to do, I am lying to myself.
