Does Waxing a Floor Count as Exercise?

I have been busy trying to get the house in order, cleaning everything in sight. Now I am working on waxing the old style hard waxed hardwood floors in our family room. Is there an easy way to do this? Now I know why my mother stayed slim with no "exercise".

I did find out a use for the old wool socks in my drawer. I put them on my feet and slide side to side to buff the floors. I think this is aerobic and have no idea how I would track this as exercise, but surely it must be!

But today I take rest break... sorta. Going to spinning class. Not really a break, but a but more fun.

    Anything beyond the normal just straightening up around the house can be tracked as heavy cleaning
