Overall Goal: Change my body to be healthier

Part one:
Small goals
Get to a healthier weight
go from 224 pounds to 214 pounds
timeline: 1/2/2011
Plan:
Add 10-15 minutes of work out video 5x per week
Continue to walk with my mother-in-law 3x per week
Use "spark" pages to monitor my progress
Reward:
new handbag

Part 2 to addresses 12/20/2010

Long term goal: to go from 224 pounds to 145
timeline: 4/29/2012
Pictures to be taken every 6 months
