Had a nice little business trip. Did not do too bad on the food choices. But yesterday and today I went over my calories but quite a bit.
That is what happens when I don't pre plan for the day--eat what is available! I even had salad yesterday, but even veggie loaded salads can have hidden calories--the dressings, maybe cheese--etc.
So a new day starts tomorrow. Will have to pick up a bit more exercise over the weekend to compensate for the calories.
I have been reading
book. I think I may re-vamp some of my goals...the book is pretty interesting, puts a very positive spin on goals, and goal settings. I am only on chapter 3, and have a bit more to read, and I am still formulating some thoughts on everything.
Looking forward to a fresh start with the power to make better choices--onward in my journey.
