I took yesterday off from exercising because I met some friends for happy hour. Knowing that I was going out to dinner, I kept my calorie intake at a low during the day. I skipped the alcohol and had pasta and bread instead. I didn't do so great, especially with the bread basket in front of me. However, I wasn't complete horrible either.
Today is a new day and I'm moving forward. I'm looking forward to the gym today. I love Fridays because they gym is practically empty!
