I decided not to post my food yesterday because I was just too tired to take the pics and post. I didn't go over but I still ate too many of my calories from the snack category. My little one was up all night long Tuesday night. He caught a cold and was miserable. Yesterday is eye was almost swollen shut but thank the Lord he is better now. Now I feel like I may be catching his cold. You've got to love those kid germs, LOL. I was really tired yesterday and found myself reaching for snacks whenever I began to feel sleepy. I did write everything down in my food journal and tracked here also.
As for today, I did better but went slightly over my calories. I am so proud of myself for tracking all of my food today. I usually never finish recording on the tracker after Lunch but today I did. I enjoyed looking over the reports. This challenge has been eye-opening. I really need to up my protein and decrease my carbs. I also need to make sure that I am burning up the extra calories. I have increased my exercise but the empty calories are not beneficial to my health or improving my chance to lose more weight. I hope to stay consistent with tracking my food and feelings so that I can start to get to the root of the problem.
