A good first day of tracking!

I did it! I had a great first REAL day of tracking... I stayed within my calories! It is amazing how well i can do when I am thinking about what I am putting in my mouth before I do it. I also drank all of my water and walked 20 mins! I cant believe how great it felt! I also cleaned my house and made dinner and measured out what I can eat. So it was a productive day for me.
Today I am studying math all day to try to catch up and for an exam I have tonight. I am going to do the best I can to not snack while I do it and keep up on my calorie count. I am drinking water all day to try to help with some of the cravings and stress of studying. Wish me luck for today!
