BLC 14 - Week 6 Challenge

This weeks challenge is all about
Strength training - at least 3 X's a week gets you 10 points for each day = 30 points for the week. let us know if u used a video and share with us which one
Expectations - Just tell us what you expect from yourself ... "your goals" see Gail's post. She set up goals for herself... ...set up 3 goals for this week that do not involve stating I will lose X amount of lbs.
X-ercise...20 minutes gets u 5 points, no minimum.
S = Strength Trained on: Saturday (10), Monday (10) = 20
E = Goals Set!! (10)
1) Not worry myself about pounds lost. I will not step on the scale until Wednesday morning. (I'm excited to take measurements this week!) - DONE
2) I will do cardio at least 3 times this week and strength train at least 3 times. - DONE
3) I will make the healthiest food choices that I can both at home, and if I go out. - DONE
