I thought I was doing so good with my eating habits the last couple of days. I just finished logging my food and see that I am 100 calories over today and over in fat. It appears too much salad dressing and cheese may be the culprit. I was over Monday too, but I knew I would be going to Red Robin for a burger and fries. It's just difficult when you think you are doing well and then find out you really aren't. So, I guess I will have to re-strategize. On the bright side though, if it weren't for the tools available on SparkPeople, I wouldn't have realized my calorie and fat intake was over today.
Anyone have any suggestions or helpful hints, please do share.
