I've been with SP for 11 mos and I have noticed quite a few changes:
I enjoy working out, I'm eating healthier (more fruits, veggies, whole grains), learned a lot about nutrition and well balanced diet. I'm drinking loads of water (above 80% for the year. til I accidentally reset my streak lol), I'm more positive, I have more energy, I feel stronger, I am not as obsessed with the scale (I don't weigh every day), have more defined muscles, weigh less than last year, and I feel better!
Also, last year I would have scoffed at these small, seemingly insignificant, changes because the scale had not moved lots. And then. . . I would have given up, only to gain more wt. and feel worse. Thank you SP for all the knowledge, motivation, encouragement, friendship, and help.
I am a work in progress, but each day is progress that I can be proud of!
My new mantra is a prayer: ( a dear Sparker sent this to me)
