Day 3

Woops...yesterday was so incredibly busy that I didn't post anything. =(

I really didn't do well yesterday on my eating. I didn't keep track so I have no idea how bad I was. Today is going to be better.

I have today through Sunday off work so I will be able to really focus on my eating and working out. This Saturday I am running in a 5K with my brother. Hopefully this will help me to get motivated to run some more too.

I'm getting a fitness assessment tomorrow too so that I can see where I am starting from and how far I need to go. I'll find out how much body fat I am and how much weight I really need to lose.

Tonight I'm going to a fitness class. Looking forward to this. I coached this morning and worked out with my cheerleaders as well. I feel good and hope I feel even better tonight after my class. =)

    WOW....a 5k on Saturday.....I will be cheering foryou.....

    I have totally given up on the good and bad thinking....I just do my best each day....tomorrow is another day and i find that i am having less bad days ......
