would take me from "obese" to "over-weight". Not anything to brag about, being over-weight, but definitely a healthier state of being than what I am currently.
Also a much easier goal to keep my eye on than the actual 50 lbs that I need to lose! :-D

    It's good to make mid-term goals. It helps build up our self esteem each time we reach a smaller goal. emoticon I work at losing 4 pounds a month, with the ultimate goal of -50 by July 2011.
