So I know I posted at the beginning of this month some realizations. Some of those are still true. Some new ones are added.
1. I usually do not drink pop on a regular basis. (I dont' remember all of my realizations from before) Maybe once or twice a week I drink pop, if that. (Okay I just went back and read my realizations, and they are still true! Yeah!!)
2. I am smoking A LOT less than I was. I have my ups and downs, but that has gotten much better.
3. I went to the doctor today, and he beleives I am depressed. So now I"m on a new medication for that! (Great...now I can make losing weight even HARDER!!)
4. I'm not exercising (which is bad bad bad) and it is showing. I don't even have an excuse for not exercising...I'm just not doing it! (Bleh)
So now I need to turn this ship back around and get it in GEAR! I have tons of support from family and friends! No more EXCUSES! There are only 2 months left in my local weight loss contest, and I am not going to go another weigh in and GAIN weight!! (yeah it was only .2, but still! I WAS down about 5 lbs on my home scale....)
Lets do this thing!
