Feeling pretty good!! Last two day's I have actually gotten my butt out of bed at 5am and ran around the neighborhood. It may not have been very fast, but I was moving!!
I've even did some cardio after work also....need to keep my dog moving too!! Today I got out of work early so I went directly to the gym. It felt really good to add that strength training again. That is the one thing that I stopped these last few months that had to begin again. Boy do these old muscles hurt!!!
