Feelin' the Motivation!

Another rockin' day yesterday and today's turning out to be more of the same. :)

We had a wonderful time at the boys horse riding lessons this morning. We were the only ones there today, so the instructor got to spend extra time with all of us talking and showing us new stuff. The boys even got their first stall mucking experience today. LOL Anyway, as usual, I just make my coffee in my thermos and run on Tuesdays and don't get to eat until later. I should have made something the moment we got back home (3 hours later), but I wasn't that um...smart. Crabby woman I became, yes I did. Obviously, I'm not yet back in ketosis, or this wouldn't have been a problem. Lunch turned out to be a HUUUUGE bunless burger with some colby jack and sauteed onions. Not enough salt, but it was still pretty tasty.

Dinner's going to be a "braised" roast done in the pressure cooker. I'm going to have to make it, let DH eat as we're running out the door to swimming, and then come home and eat. The boys will be nice and hungry. I like that (they're scrawny with metabolisms models covet).

Anyway, I need to get my butt in gear. I'm dragging today since DH gets home late and I stayed up so we could watch another episode of "Bones." I got plenty of *hours* of sleep, but it seems that if I don't go to bed by 10:00, I don't get my "quality" rest in.
