Getting Discouraged!

Although I have lost 20+ lbs over the summer. I have gained 3 lbs since I cant walk anymore. The colder it gets the more limited I get with physical activity. I try to eat right but my kids dont help any. They bring the donuts, flour tortillas and pizzas over. I have started dancing for small periods of time with my granddaughter for exercise. It helps me entertain my granddaughter and it helps me move around a bit. I just need to see the scale move down again to give me a little hope. Im scared that I will gain back what I have lost and then some.

    Dance to your heart's content with your granddaughter. They grow up so fast, so enjoy them now and DANCE.

    The winter months are hard for me too. I walk all summer and feel great when the cold weather gets here I start to workout indoors with Walk Away the Pounds DVDs.
    They keep me moving without the pain. When the weather gets cool and damp my legs really bother me and this way I get to do my walking without the pain. Maybe you could do the same.
